I called to get a quote and the lawn tech that came out started to provide service. When I called the office the person that answered wasnt sure why that happened because on the order its stated quote. She apologized and she asked to call me back and I said it was fine to do so. With in 10 minutes she called back and said she spoke with the owner. She sincerely apologized again and said their is no cost. She said it was their employees mistake. You could truly hear how sincere she was and she was empathetic, professional and her customer service was incredible. Any company who admits their mistakes, rectifys is quickly, shows empathy, is honest, professional and caring deserves a 5 star in my opinion. Also because of that I plan on doing business with them. Thank you Johnny's Lawn Care for caring about your customers and potential customers along with your honesty."
